Engineering Houses

Engineering is one of the great engines of development in Peru and the world, as it leverages natural phenomena to develop technologies for the benefit of humanity. Dynaflux is a strategic partner of the large national and international engineering houses that conceive and build the most important private and public investment projects in Peru, providing solutions from conception or Trade-Off to commissioning and start-up for all industrial sectors.

We provide all our knowledge and support for the development, execution and start-up of reagent handling, preparation, and dosing projects; mineral processing; mineral processing; industrial water treatments, e.g., acidic, and domestic water treatments; tailings sedimentation; and sedimentation of concentrates. Our experience has allowed us to homologate our systems for milk of lime plants, reactive flocculants, among others, under continuous technology which has demonstrated its technical superiority compared to outdated batch systems, always under the CAPEX reduction philosophy and OPEX.

Practical Examples

Orcopampa acid water treatment project

We were awarded to carry out, through economic technical studies, the feasibility engineering of the mine acid water treatment project, for which we had to carry out tests at the laboratory level, trade off, pilot service in the field, and finally analyze the capital investment costs. Optimal (CAPEX) and operating costs (OPEX).

Studies for the acid water treatment plant of the Minero Ancos project

We carried out the feasibility study that included conceptual engineering, feasibility and technical file, in which our different disciplines from our area of process engineering, hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, control & automation and civil interacted, in order to analyze the Cost of Optimal capital investment (CAPEX) and operating costs (OPEX), after a whole process of technical economic studies.

Supply of 17 Skids of 75 dosing pumps for water treatment and processes - BISA

BISA developed for Cia de Minas BNV the engineering for the Tambomayo project Located in Arequipa at 4800 MSNM, in which we were awarded to supply 17 self-calibrating Dosing Skids, 13 Chemical Transfer Pumps, 01 Handling and Preparation Plant (PMP ) of Flocculant and 01 PMP of Lime for its Metallurgical Process; 01 PMP of Flocculant and 01 PMP of Lime for Water Treatment.
